How to spawn and catch Glacy at Heart Lake
Heart Lake lies in eastern Sea of Flowers, with Skippy around its waters and banks. Search points include approximately (-0146, 0815), giving you places to look as you work around the pond. Only one special Glacy can be present at a time.

Approach Glacy and throw your capture device at it. In the demonstrated encounter, the targeting display reads Lv.31 with a 40% capture chance, an Anipod Pro modifier of 1.5× and an On edge modifier of 0.9×; those are that encounter’s values.
Check the target’s form name before catching it. Sea of Flowers Skippy has a pink tint, with Water typing and the Heal role helping identify the regional target.

Get standard Glacy through Skippy evolution
To get standard Glacy, you can evolve Skippy. Search the Forest of Falling Stars, Nimbus Fields and The Mistwoods for Skippy, which watches you from beneath a lotus leaf in the water. In all three areas, Pranky can be caught directly, letting you begin with the middle evolution instead.
These requirements may have changed. The levels and Wave Stone and Sprout Stone requirements come from an older progression breakdown, so keep possible changes in later builds in mind. They cover standard evolution, not the Sea of Flowers capture encounter.
