Head toward the building section with a climbable ledge near where you lost the blond man.
Outside, look for a pipe you can climb up on.
Step 2: Climb Up and Enter Through the Window

Climb up onto the pipe.

Go through the open window into the building.

You’ll immediately enter trespassing status.
Step 3: Eliminate or Distract the Guards
Once inside, you’ll encounter guards you need to deal with:

You can distract them or fight them directly

If they catch you, you must take them out

Use environmental cover and tactics as much as possible

Reinforcements will arrive, so be prepared to fight multiple waves
Step 4: Head to the Door and Return
After clearing all enemies (including reinforcements):

Head toward the door at the end of the area.

Go through it to return to the Chess Tournament
