Part 1 – Find Rob Lux and check the requirements
Find the cliff hollow
Follow the cliff path around Starter Island’s edge until you reach Rob Lux. Look for the Flash Step Trainer label beside a campfire and wooden crates inside the cliff hollow.
Speak with Rob Lux
Use the CLICK interaction prompt to open his dialogue and review the Flash Step purchase requirements before heading back to the village.
Part 2 – Gather the souls through the village quests
Accept Zack’s quest
Return to the starter village and speak with Zack, identified by his Level 0-10 label. Accept his quest to begin farming Bandit Souls.
Fight the village Bandits
Defeat enemies labeled Bandit [0+] around the village to collect Bandit Souls. Continue until you have the amount needed for the purchase.

Take Robe’s quest
Find Robe beside the village fence, under the Level 20-30 label. Robe’s dialogue describes Higaro’s henchmen causing trouble at the party bar; select Sure! to accept the quest.
Gather Higaro bandit Souls
Fight Higaro’s bandits in the sandy yard until you have the required soul total. A soul pickup appears as Higaro bandit Soul (1x).
Accept the boss quest
Speak with Relouneibor outside the village house and select Sure! to take the quest against Boss Higaro.
Defeat Boss Higaro
Fight Boss Higaro in the sandy clearing and keep defeating him until you reach the required Higaro Soul total. The item reward notification reads Higaro Soul (1x).
Part 3 – Check your materials and learn Flash Step
Check your materials and return
Soul counters can read Higaro Soul: 5 / 25, Bandit Soul: 25 / 25, and Higaro bandit Soul: 15 / 25. Once each stack meets the purchase requirement and you have the cash, follow the island perimeter ledge back to Rob Lux at the cliff cove.
Purchase Flash Step
Interact with Rob Lux and select Sure! to buy the ability. The purchase consumes the required soul stacks, and Successfully you learn: Flash Step signals that the unlock is complete.
