How to redeem codes in Zenless Zone Zero

You won’t see the redemption option until your Inter-Knot level hits 5, so push through the early story missions first if you’re a new player. Once you’re past that point, the whole process takes under a minute.

Open the in-game menu by tapping the icon in the top-left corner of the screen, or hit Esc if you’re on PC.

Tap “More” from the row of icons to bring up the More Features panel.

Select “Redemption Code” to open the text entry box.

Type or paste in one code exactly as it’s written, then press Redeem. You’ll know it worked when a confirmation pops up and the rewards land in your in-game mailbox a few moments later.
