There aren’t many days left for the official announcement of the Xiaomi Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus. The company is supposed to be making these devices official on April 19.
Now, the Mi 6 has made its appearance on Geekbench, and things are looking good. These are going to be latest flagship smartphones from Xiaomi and they use the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC. Hence, you can expect them to be quite powerful performance wise.
The variant that has appeared on Geekbench has 6GB of RAM, and the Snapdragon 835 processor running at 1.90GHz. The device is also running Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The SD835 is supposed to be a very efficient chipset as well, so you can expect great battery life from the Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus.
Xiaomi would be announcing at least three different variants of the Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus, with different storage, display, and RAM options. The Mi 6 is said to be priced around 2199 Yuan, while the Mi 6 Plus would start at 2699 Yuan. We will find out more details in a few days time.
