How to redeem codes in Wartune Ultra
Before you go hunting for the redemption menu, check your lord’s level. Wartune Ultra locks the code entry screen until you hit level 15, so if you can’t find the option, that’s why. Once you’re past that mark, follow these steps.
You’ll know the code worked once the items show up in your inventory after you tap Claim. If nothing arrives after that final step, the code has most likely already expired or was typed incorrectly.

Check the in-game announcement screens and mailbox regularly too, since giveaway codes sometimes get pushed straight to players that way. Given how often the SMILE-series codes have rotated in and out over the past few months, expect a fresh batch roughly every week or two.
Why didn’t my code work?
The most common reason is a typo, since the Event Prizes box is case-sensitive and won’t accept a code that’s missing the WTL- prefix or a hyphen. The other likely reason is that the code has already expired, which happens fast with the rotating SMILE-series codes.
