Verizon HTC 10 Android 7.0 Nougat update now rolling out, build 2.41.605.12

Earlier this week, HTC’s Mo Versi told us that Android 7.0 Nougat update will be rolling out for the Verizon variant of HTC 10 on 3/30, and it seems the company has lived up to its word.

The Verizon HTC 10 is now receiving the much awaited Android 7.0 Nougat update. Rolling out as an over-the-air update, it comes with software version 2.41.605.12.

The update brings all the goodness of Android 7.0 Nougat to HTC 10 including split-screen, revamped notifications system, quick reply, easier settings navigation and many more. The update also brings Data saver feature to selectively disable data usage in background for certain apps.

The Verizon HTC 10 Nougat update is on the roll as we speak and should be coming to your device anytime now. However, if you’re not someone who could wait, you may head over to device Settings » About phone » System updates section and check for the update manually.
