You need normal Observation Haki already unlocked, access to the Second Sea, and a big stockpile of Observation Haki EXP. The level 6 quest chain has to be finished first, and the final hand-in costs 2 Shrine Relics and 1,000 gems on top of a much higher EXP wall than level 6 asks for.

Farming Observation Haki EXP in Haze Seas

The fastest reliable way to bank Observation Haki EXP is to stand still with Observation Haki active and let an NPC swing at you, so your dodges count toward mastery.

Drop any Logia fruit first

Make sure you are not holding a Logia devil fruit, since it gets in the way of the dodge farming.

Find an NPC that can hit you

Pick an NPC without a Logia so its attacks actually land on you.

Mistakes that stretch out the grind

The biggest trap is mixing up Haze Seas with Haze Piece — they are two different Roblox One Piece games. Haze Piece has its own Observation Haki gating, including a level 600 requirement and a purchase over at Marine Base Town, and none of those numbers or locations carry over to Haze Seas. If you go looking for the unlock using Haze Piece’s rules, you will waste hours in the wrong spots.

The other common misses are all about EXP. Grinding character level instead of Observation Haki EXP does nothing here — level alone never triggers Ultra Instinct, and neither does simply reaching level 6 Observation Haki.
