You’ll know a code went through when your Carats or Monies count updates right on screen, or when the new unit shows up in your inventory. If nothing changes after you hit redeem, the code has likely expired or been mistyped.

There’s no separate settings tab for codes here, so you’ll need to be inside a running match or the lobby to redeem anything. The code box lives in the shop, and it only takes a few taps to claim your rewards.
Tip: Copy each code directly instead of retyping it by hand. Even a single missed character or extra punctuation mark will cause the code box to reject an otherwise working code.

Why didn’t my code work?
The most common reason is a typo, since the redeem field is case-sensitive and punctuation like the exclamation point in RELEASE! matters. The other reason is that the code has simply expired, which happens once the developers retire it.
