Why didn’t my code work?
The most common reason is that the code has expired or was typed incorrectly, since redemption is case-sensitive and space-sensitive. For the CLUBS code specifically, make sure your character is already Level 10 or above before you try redeeming it, since the reward is tied to that requirement.
