Floor 2 is a maze-and-puzzle challenge inside The Hollow’s theater. Finding the relic is only part of the objective: you also have to bring it back safely.
Your reward comes after the escape, so keep going once the puzzle is solved. This guide covers the theater entrance, pillar alignment, and return journey with the relic.
How to complete the second floor challenge in The Hollow
Reach the maze, solve the pillar puzzle for the relic, then escape through the return elevator.
1 – Reach Floor 2 and enter the maze

Enter the theater
Cross the courtyard toward the theater and head straight through its entrance doors.

Enter the elevator
Follow the lobby’s long red-carpeted hallway to the elevator at its far end. Step inside while the doors are open.

Select Floor 2
Press 2 on the elevator’s control panel to ride to the second floor.

Exit onto Floor 2
Wait for the doors to open, then walk out beneath the archway into the ornate, dark hallway with a doorway labeled Floor 2. The arrival foyer contains a portal.

Enter the maze portal
Follow the connected circular rooms and corridors until you find the glowing purple doorway. Step through the portal to enter the maze.
2 – Find the puzzle room and collect the relic

Continue through the maze hallways until you reach the wooden stairs. Climb them to enter the room with the glowing pillars.

Solve the pillar puzzle
Interact with each pillar to rotate it. The pillars display bat and ghost symbols; turn every bat symbol toward the marked pattern in the center to complete the alignment. The puzzle counter displays 5 turns left.

Take the relic
Completing the puzzle activates the lever and equips the relic in your hand. Once you’re holding it, begin the return journey.
3 – Escape with the relic and claim Witches Brew-nado

Escape through the maze
Keep the relic with you as you sprint down the stairs and retrace the maze corridors to the exit portal. Pass through it to return to the theater.

Evade the entity
Run through the circular halls toward the elevator entrance while avoiding the patrolling monster. The entity can chase you during this return journey.

Board the escape elevator
Look for the elevator doorway filled with glowing purple particles and step inside. Entering secures the relic and returns you to the lobby.

Claim your reward
Arrive back in the lobby to receive your challenge reward.
A successful return awards both the Witches Brew-nado badge and the Witches Brew-nado avatar item. The challenge is complete once you’re safely back in the lobby.
