The Beasthammer is an avatar item displayed inside the theater in The Hollow. Its quest takes you into Flee the Facility: as a Survivor, deposit 100 candies and escape; as the Beast, collect and deposit candy and catch all Survivors.
The reward requires a return trip: finishing the quest and claiming the avatar item are separate actions. This guide covers the theater portal, candy collection, both the Survivor and Beast routes, and your final Beasthammer claim.
How to get The Beasthammer in The Hollow
Find the theater portal, then deposit 100 candies and escape as a Survivor, or collect and deposit candy and catch all Survivors as the Beast. Return for your reward.
1 – Find The Beasthammer and enter the Flee the Facility portal
Start with the item’s Inspect interaction inside the theater.

Inspect The Beasthammer
Enter the theater and find the room containing The Beasthammer. Select Inspect to receive directions toward Flee the Facility.

Follow the portal guide
Head through the theater lobby into the green portal room. Use PORTAL GUIDE on the pedestal facing the Flee the Facility portal, then follow the glowing blue arrows toward its entrance.

Confirm the teleport
Enter the portal and select Let's go! in the teleport dialog to load Flee the Facility. The other option is Decline.
2 – Read Quest Guide and collect candy through your assigned role
Both Survivor and Beast actions can earn candy toward your bucket.

Read the quest instructions
Open Quest Guide in the lobby to read the candy objective. It explains how Survivors and the Beast earn candy. If a round is already underway, wait for it to finish; during intermission, participate in map voting before the next match.

Earn candy as a Survivor
Stay hidden from the Beast and hack computers to completion, working alongside teammates when you reach the same terminal. Hacking earns candy and unlocks the exits; rescuing captured teammates also earns candy. Search the corridors for another computer between completed hacks.

Earn candy as the Beast
If assigned the Beast role, select a special power during the head start, then hunt Survivors. Hit a Survivor twice before dragging them to a freezing pod: hitting, capturing, and freezing Survivors earn candy. Catching a Survivor who’s carrying candy may also transfer their candy to you. On the arcade map, search for Survivors around the arcade, check the facility rooms and bowling alley, and keep looking for anyone still uncaught.
3 – Store 100 candies in the bucket
Build the deposited total until the bucket reads 100/100.

On the facility map with the drained pool, the candy bucket sits on the pool floor. On Haunted Mansion, look for the orange bucket on a wooden shelf inside the shed.

Deposit your candy
Approach the bucket and use Store to deposit what you’ve collected. The Beast can deposit collected candy, too. As the Beast, you can also deposit candy while Survivors are escaping.

Continue collecting between deposits
On Haunted Mansion, you can leave the shed and return indoors to hack the kitchen computer with teammates, then revisit the shed to deposit more candy.

4 – Finish as a Survivor or the Beast
As a Survivor, deposit 100 candies and escape. As the Beast, collect and deposit candy and catch all Survivors.

As a Survivor, deposit 100 candies, then reach an unlocked exit and escape. As the Beast, collect candy, including candy taken from caught Survivors, deposit it in the bucket, and catch all Survivors to finish the quest.

On Haunted Mansion, leave the mansion and cross the garden toward the exit gate. Turn the gate’s wheel to open it, then escape through the gate.

Claim The Beasthammer
Follow the Floor 1 corridors to the Flee the Facility chamber and claim the item there. The final prompt reads AVATAR ITEM OBTAINED and names The Beasthammer.
Your match assignment appears as YOU ARE A SURVIVOR or YOU ARE THE BEAST. The main round timer starts at 15:00, which is the round duration rather than a completion-time estimate for the unlock.
As a Survivor, deposit 100 candies and escape; as the Beast, collect and deposit candy and catch all Survivors.
The quest reward banner lists The Beasthammer avatar item and the in-game Still Life set. Redeeming the badge awards 10 tickets; those tickets are separate from the avatar item you claim in the chamber.
