When the Sakura Incubator trick is worth using

This is a strong-progression move, not a starter tactic. Before it does anything for you, you need the Sakura Incubator unlocked, a stack of Sakura Crystals from the Great Bloom event to charge with, and — ideally — an egg that’s actually worth mutating. You unlock the machine by turning in a pet from the final world, so if you don’t have the area yet, ask someone in your server for the common last-world pet (the Crane) and you’re in.

The mistake is spending crystals the moment you have them. Charging is free, but every charged roll uses up a batch of crystals, so you want the egg underneath to justify it. Hold out for something heavy and high-rarity — a heavy Eternal or a good later-zone Secret — instead of feeding the machine whatever common egg is sitting in your inventory. Egg weight tracks directly to the hatched pet’s income, so a heavier egg plus a mutation is where the real jumps come from.

Pick your heaviest high-rarity egg

Open your inventory and choose a heavy, high-rarity egg — like the 838,622kg Eternal Prehistoric egg — over anything light or low-value.

Load it into the Sakura Incubator

Place the egg in the machine and spend Sakura Crystals to charge it; the more you charge, the better the mutation odds get.

Push charge to 150% and stack luck boosts

Max the charge to 150%, then optionally spend Robux on luck boosts to push the Spirit Bloom chance way up before you commit.

Mutate the egg

Confirm the roll to land either a Bloom or a Spirit Bloom mutation on the egg.

Plant the egg in your garden

Drop the mutated egg into a free pen slot to start its growth timer.

Picking the best egg to mutate

The whole trick lives or dies on which egg you feed it. Weight and rarity both matter, and they don’t always agree — a lighter Cosmic Secret can out-earn a heavier egg from an earlier zone, while a giant Eternal from Prehistoric guarantees you the Eternal pet on hatch. When two eggs are close, the play is to lean toward the one that’s both heavy and high-rarity rather than gambling crystals on a random low-value egg.

Bloom versus Spirit Bloom results

There are two outcomes worth caring about, and neither is a bad one. Bloom is the common result — you’ll see it far more often — but it still lifts a pet’s income well above what it would earn with no mutation at all, so it’s always worth pulling the trigger once an egg is charged. Spirit Bloom is the rare prize you’re actually chasing. In one in-game comparison, a Spirit Bloom pet came out around 2.5× its plain version, though that multiplier is a single observed figure rather than an official stat.

Speeding up crystal and egg farming

The Great Bloom comes back around on a timer, and you should farm it every single time — even once your collection is stacked — because that’s the only way to keep charging future eggs. When you’re out at the Cherry Blossom trees, go for the bigger trees: they take more hits to break, but they drop far more crystals than the small one-shot ones, so they’re the better use of the event window.

Better eggs come from pushing into the advanced zones — Prehistoric, Volcano, and Cosmic — and stealing the Eternal and Secret eggs that spawn there or that other players are hauling back. Server hopping helps a lot here: egg sizes roll differently per server, so joining a fresh one can hand you a much bigger version of the same egg, even one already placed out in the field.

None of that matters if you can’t carry the egg home. Heavy eggs slow your character on pickup, and a big enough one can erase your speed advantage entirely and get you caught. Keep training Speed on the treadmill so heavy carries stay safe — a good rule for big eggs is to sit 15–20% above a zone’s listed speed requirement, and once you’re into the trillions of speed you can take almost anything off almost anyone.

Income from the mutated hatches

These come from a single showcase run, so treat them as what the trick can produce rather than a fixed payout. Notice that a Bloom on a heavy Eternal (the $3.7B/s Lunar Dragon) beat a Spirit Bloom on a lighter Secret — more proof that the egg you pick matters more than the mutation you roll.

Mistakes that waste eggs and crystals

The costliest error is putting the wrong egg in the machine, because once crystals are spent you can’t pull the egg back out to undo it — you’re committed. Slow down and confirm you’ve selected the heavy, high-rarity egg you meant to before you deposit anything.

Right behind that is burning Robux luck boosts on a weak egg. The boosts only raise your odds of a good roll; they don’t make a low-value egg valuable, so paying to mutate something you’d never equip is just money down the drain. Save them for eggs that already earn.

A couple of smaller habits cost you too: hatching a huge pet without a free pen slot ready, which forces awkward deletions right when you want to equip your new earner, and chasing eggs so heavy you can’t actually carry them home. Clear a slot and hit equip best before your next big run, and don’t grab a carry your current speed can’t handle.
