Betty’s Gemstone lies on Bamboo Grove’s riverbed, past the red bridge near the rocky left bank; swim close and press T to collect it.
Betty wants her lost gemstone back, and the item has a single fixed location in Slayers 2. Once you know the route, you can finish the task in under two minutes.
Where to find Betty and start her quest
Look for Betty, an Odd-Jobber NPC, on the cliff overlooking Bamboo Grove’s large waterfall. The waterfall is south of the area’s river.
From Windy Peak, your initial spawn, Betty is roughly 600 units to your left as you leave. The minimap gives you another reference: head toward the Bamboo Grove label and position yourself just above the “R” in “Grove”.
Speak with Betty and accept Betty’s Gemstone before beginning your search. The objective Find Betty’s Gemstone 0/1 appears on the left side of your screen, showing that the quest is active.
Follow the river to Betty’s Gemstone
Betty’s gemstone is on the riverbed beneath her ledge, roughly 30 seconds from where she stands. It’s nearby. To reach it, follow the river to the rocky corner beyond the bridge, where the left bank meets the water.

Leave Betty’s grassy ledge
Start at the grassy ledge beside the waterfall where you first spoke with Betty. Jump from the waterfall’s top toward the path below to begin your descent. You’ll land directly on the lower walkway, so there’s no need to find a safe landing spot.

Follow the left riverbank
Head to the river first, then face downstream and travel along its left side, checking the surrounding bank as you go. Pass the red bridge / red torii gate and head toward the rocky cliff. Keep that landmark on your left. It confirms you’re on the correct river side.

Find the rocky corner
Beyond the bridge, search the left bank for the rocky corner where the water touches the cliff. That’s your way into the river: jump into the water from the rocky cliff and dive at that corner.

Dive to the riverbed
Dive all the way to the bottom beside the submerged rock wall, then inspect the water here for Betty’s gemstone. Look for the crystal on the riverbed. It rests at the river’s bottom, not partway down.

Spot the glowing crystal
Watch for blue particles beside the underwater rock wall to find the pickup location. The crystal is dark blue with a blue glow, and its diamond shape looks like two pyramids connected base to base.

Pick up the gemstone
Once you spot it, swim toward the crystal until Gemstone Pick Up appears above it with the T key prompt, then press T to collect it. You need that manual pickup to finish Betty’s quest and receive its rewards. Collecting the gemstone automatically completes the quest and adds the rewards to your balance, so there’s no return trip to Betty for a turn-in.
