Strange Postcard Trophy
Collecting all 15 Strange Postcards unlocks the “Blur Your Eyes” Silver Trophy/Achievement.
How to Collect Every Strange Postcard
You can collect the postcards only while playing as Simon. Your postcard progress carries between playthroughs, so collected cards remain in your Documents inventory when you start another playthrough.

The main thing to watch for is the point-of-no-return structure of some areas. When a postcard is located away from the normal progression route, explore the side path before continuing with the objective.
For Postcard #7, you need the X-Ray room code 7103. Postcard #8 requires access to Ward W and its Master Key, while Postcard #9 is found in Ward P.
Postcard #14 has an additional requirement: you must manipulate the tape in the Upper Brae house and select Tomorrow before the shed can be reached in the required state.
Do Strange Postcards Affect the Ending?
The postcards provide clues used for the Sci-fi ending, but collecting all 15 is not itself required to trigger that ending. In New Game Plus, the postcard clues are used for the hotel door puzzle, where their symbols provide the required sequence.
