Samsung is aiming at selling ten million units of the Galaxy S3 Mini, the “small but real big thing” that they are going to announce on October 11th in an event in Frankfurt, according to the South Korean media. If this is indeed the case, then the Galaxy S3 Mini might turn out to be quite a good device, considering Samsung’s confidence in meeting such a sales target.
Not much is known about the Galaxy S3 Mini yet, except that it will sport a 1GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, and Android 4.1. While those sound like normal mid-range specifications, Samsung could have some surprises up its sleeves and unleash a more affordable yet powerful mini version of its best-selling Android smartphone.
Just a couple of days to go before we get all the juicy official details on Samsung’s mini “next big thing”. I am very curios to know what Samsung is bringing to the market this time.
