Download Galaxy S5 Marshmallow Update: CM13 and other ROMs

Samsung’s Marshmallow update for Galaxy S5 would come later on but if you want to update your S5 to Android 6.0 right now, you can do so using unofficial updates in the form of custom ROMs.

Based on Android 6.0.1 — the latest version — the ROMs below would get you Marshmallow in its actual form, dazzling in stock UI, something that’s far more pleasing and wonderful that Samsung’s TouchWiz UI that overlaps stock UI on its devices.

When the official update comes — which we will be sure to share with you — you can install that over this one, and vice versa. You can even install Samsung’s Lollipop build (the one currently installed on your Galaxy S5) using its firmware, if you want to remove the custom ROM from below. It’s easy.
