According to a new report, Samsung, the South Korean tech giant could bundle the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 with a pair of Apple AirPods-like wireless earplugs.
Apparently, these earplugs will be powered by the company’s AI-based voice assistant aka Bixby and offer features such as noise canceling technology. They will reportedly work with the Galaxy S8 and S8+ too if the report is to be taken seriously.
Recent rumors have indicated that Samsung has been working on a Bixby-powered speaker for some time. The company, however, seems to have pulled the plug on the Apple HomePod competing speaker according to the latest leaks.

The smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 836 SoC and will feature a huge 6.3-inch near bezel-less Infinity Display at the front.
On the storage front, the Note 8 could come with either 64GB or 128GB storage options. It will, in all its likelihood, feature a dual camera setup 13MP+12MP on the back with up to 3x optical zoom.
The Galaxy Note 8 is going to be unveiled on August 23 at an Unpacked event in New York.
