Samsung Galaxy Note 8 dual cameras to flaunt 3x optical zoom feature

We all know that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will rock rear dual cameras making it the first Samsung device to do so. If this wasn’t impressive enough for you, then we would like you to know that these cameras will come with 3x optical zoom support.

This prediction comes from famous KGI analyst Ming-Chi Guo who has long been claiming the presence of dual cameras with telephoto lens on Galaxy Note 8. He now says that the telephoto lens will have 3x zoom capability.

The analyst had earlier claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be equipped with dual cameras at the rear of 13MP+12MP resolution. The 13MP camera will have a wide angle while the 12MP will be a telephoto lens. Both cameras will feature optical image stabilization.

Samsung has already sent out invites for the launch of Galaxy Note 8 which is slated for August 23rd.  The invitation also hints at a full screen Note 8 device accompanied with an S Pen.
