After releasing the 2017 versions of Galaxy A and Galaxy J series, Samsung is preparing to launch the next gen Galaxy C series. And a past report has pointed towards rear dual-camera setup in the Galaxy C 2017 series. A latest leak confirms this view which states that Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 could sport dual cameras at the back.

Renowned tipster who goes by the moniker @mmddj_china on Twitter has tweeted that Samsung is testing dual camera set-up for the Galaxy C7 2017. The tipster also mentions that this would be the fourth Samsung phone to feature dual cameras. We already know, thanks to past leaks, that Samsung is working on endowing the Galaxy Note 8, the Galaxy C10 and the Galaxy J7 2017 (China variant) with dual cameras.

However, this information has not been officially confirmed by Samsung. As such, it is better to take this with a pinch of salt.

Coming to Galaxy C 7 2017, the phone could be powered by either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 or a Snapdragon 630 SoC. But another rumor has suggested that the C7 2017 will be the first smartphone to come with the Exynos 7872 chip.  As the original Galaxy C7 was launched with the Snapdragon 625 chipset on-board, it’s highly likely that the company will opt for the Snapdragon 630 SoC.
