How to redeem codes in Ro Ghoul
Ro Ghoul doesn’t use a separate codes menu. You redeem everything straight from the in-game chat box, so the whole process takes only a few seconds once your character has spawned in.
You’ll know it worked when a message pops up above your character listing the Yen, RC, hearts, or Color Credits you just picked up. If nothing shows up after you send the message, double-check your spelling first, since even one wrong character or a missing symbol will block the redemption, and expired codes won’t trigger anything either.

Why didn’t my code work?
The most common reason is a typo, since codes are case-sensitive and often include symbols like exclamation marks or slashes that need to match exactly. The other reason is that the code has simply expired, which happens once the developers retire it after a limited redemption window.
