You redeem codes from inside the Shop menu rather than a standalone codes button, so give the map a second to finish loading before you dig into your inventory.
You’ll know it worked when your Credits total updates on screen right after you press Redeem. If the number doesn’t move, double-check the spelling and try again.

New codes for Raids: Night Tide tend to show up around updates and milestones, and the developers post them through the game’s own official channels rather than anywhere else. Joining the official Discord server puts you in the room when a fresh code drops, and following the Roblox community page for the game is another way to catch announcements as they go up.
Why didn’t my code work?
Codes are case-sensitive and expire without warning, so a code that worked for someone else yesterday might already be dead today. If Redeem doesn’t add Credits, retype the code carefully or try one of the other active codes above.
