How to redeem codes in Ragnarok The New World

You don’t redeem codes from inside the game world here. It’s all done from the login screen, before you even load into your character, so don’t log in yet.

Open Ragnarok The New World and sit on the login screen instead of tapping into the game world.

Tap the Account icon sitting in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Scroll down the panel that pops up and choose Gift code exchange.

Check that your server and character are selected, filling them in yourself if they don’t auto-populate.

Copy and paste (or type) the code exactly as shown, then fill in the captcha on screen.

Tap Redeem to send the code through.

Now log into the game, open Contacts (it’s one of the icons below the World chat bar at the bottom of your screen), and tap the Mail icon in the lower-left corner to pick up your rewards.

You’ll know a code went through if the redemption screen confirms success right after you tap Redeem. If it throws an error instead, double-check for typos, extra spaces, or a code that’s already expired.
