How to redeem codes in Pokemon GO
The redemption flow depends on whether your account is linked to Google, Facebook, Apple, or a Niantic Kids login. Android trainers get an in-app shortcut, while everyone else uses the web page below.
Step 1: On Android, open Pokemon GO, tap the Poke Ball menu, then Shop. Scroll to the very bottom until you see the promos text field.
Step 2: If you play on iOS, or you prefer the browser method, head to the official offer redemption page at rewards.pokemongolive.com and sign in with the same account you use in-game.
Step 3: Paste or type the code exactly as written and confirm. Rewards drop into your Item Bag or Wardrobe immediately, and you’ll see a confirmation screen listing what you received.
If nothing happens, the code has usually expired, was already claimed on that account, or was mistyped. Each code can only be used once per trainer.
