Hidden eggs or their candies turn up in Forest, Desert, Snowy, Candy, Swamp and Ocean. The egg names are a location reference, not a fixed list of Halloween candy drops.
The event objective appears on screen alongside the Forest Zone label and ordinary egg names. That is the search you begin when the announcement appears.
Desert has several ordinary-looking eggs in the same area. Search among them during the event.
The Snowy entrance shows its zone name alongside the local egg types. You can identify the area before choosing an egg to break.
Swamp has multiple eggs available to break across the zone. Hidden discoveries there can yield candies.
Ocean is another place to search: hidden eggs there have yielded candies, and Sea Stones Eggs can be broken in the zone.
In Candy Zone, candy pieces appear beside a cracked Rainbow Egg during a hidden-egg discovery.
