OnePlus is now rolling out a new update for its OnePlus 5T sets, and even though it’s not Android 8.0 Oreo update you were hoping for, it’s still one that you wouldn’t want to miss. Arriving as OxygenOS 4.7.4, the new OTA update improves quality of images taken by the camera, whose UI is also receiving few tweaking in the update.

There is more to OxygenOS 4.7.4 build, BTW. The update also brings optimizations for Audio (both speakerphones and earphones), Face Unlock, device’s vibration motor, and WiFi battery usage. Even more, stability of fingerprint sensor and GPS should be improved on OxygenOS 4.7.4, while the general bug fixes and system stability improvements are also part of the changelog.

OnePlus 5T is yet to get a taste of Oreo even as beta update, something which its brethren OnePlus 5 does, while the company has already rolled out stable version of Android 8.0 for OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T.
