After its launch yesterday at an event in China, HTC U11 has gone up for pre-order in Germany via O2. The e-store is selling the HTC flagship smartphone in two colors — Black and Blue, with the latter being exclusive to O2.
The HTC U11 has been priced at EUR 745 in the country. If you are hard on cash, you have the EMI option as well which is available from EUR 1 upfront on 24-month installment contracts. O2 Germany is also giving JBL E55BT Bluetooth Headphones worth EUR 129 absolutely free to early customers placing the pre-order.
The most talked about feature of the HTC U11 is the Edge Sense tech which makes the side bezels pressure sensitive. So, using this feature you can start an app or take a photo by just pressing the device frame. This intuitive interaction with the smartphone can be further customized according to your preference.
However, the USP of the phone is its superb camera which has received a high DxOMark score of 90 leaving behind Google Pixel and even Galaxy S8. You must have got an inkling about the camera prowess of HTC U11. A a 12MP UltraPixel3 rear camera with f / 1.7 aperture, optical image stabilization, dual LED and a 16MP selfie shooter are on board the phone.
The HTC flagship phone is equipped with a 5.5 inch Quad HD display with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top, Snapdragon 835 SoC, Android 7.1 Nougat and 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Other features include IP67 rating, fingerprint scanner, latest BoomSound HiFi tech and 3D audio recording.
