ZTE has launched the Nubia N1 Lite in India today, at an affordable price tag of Rs. 6,999 or $110. For this price range you’re getting a lot for what you’re paying for.
Gone are those days where you would need to pay triple this rate or more to see a fingerprint reader or even a high-resolution display. The device was previously spotted at TKDN in Indonesia.
The Nubia N1 Lite features a 5.5-inch HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a quad-core Mediatek MT6737 chipset and an adequate 3000mAh battery to get you through the day. The cameras on the device are an 8MP rear shooter and a 5MP selfie camera, the latter being accompanied with an LED flash. The N1 Lite also has a golden accent going along the sides of the device.
At this price bracket, the N1 Lite even comes with a fingerprint scanner making it quite the steal. The OEM has also not cut corners and kept the usual host of sensors including the gyroscope and compass. Unfortunately, the budget Nubia N1 Lite runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and not Nougat. But it makes up for that to an extent by running a very clean build of Marshmallow.

When it comes to delivering to the exact needs of the consumer, ZTE knows which card to play and which to hold back. As of now, the OEM is preparing to release the mid range Nubia N17 in about a week’s time. ZTE will also be entering the AI spectrum with the launch of this upcoming device.
