Motorola has encountered a roadblock once again. First it was the Moto Z Play and now all the Moto X series devices have been made to wait longer before the latest Android 7.0 OS becomes available.
The company’s official Deutschland twitter handle has announced that the latest Android update for the Moto X series, which includes Moto X Style, X Pure, X Force and X Play, has been pushed back to, as late as May.
In another official update, the company made another disappointing announcement that Moto Z Play Android 7.0 Nougat update, which again was expected to release by the end of January, has been delayed until March.

The company had disclosed earlier, as early as January 4, that Moto X Pure would soon get the the Android Nougat 7.0 update. In fact, it stated that the updates were already available and would be released soon. Well, that clearly did not happen.
This was followed by another official declaration that the Android 7.0 Nougat would be available for Moto X Play by January end. This again, very obviously, did not happen, which has left us wondering what’s going on behind the scenes at Motorola.
