Nokia 9 has been under the rumor radar for quite a while now. Time after time, we have seen it making an appearance on various benchmarking sites hinting that it will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset.
The Nokia 9 has once again stopped by Geekbench revealing the presence of Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 1.9GHz. What’s interesting this time around, though, is that the smartphone now bears the model number TA-1052. FYI, the device has so far been rumored to come with the model number TA-1004.
Also, the model TA-1052 is being spotted on the internet for the first time. Now, considering the fact that it carries Snapdragon 835 SoC, we are inclined to believe that it’s Nokia 9 indeed.

Furthermore, Nokia is known to launch its smartphones with different model numbers for different markets/regions. So, it won’t be entirely surprising to see the Nokia 9 arriving as both TA-1004 and TA-1052 in different markets.
The listing also reiterates that the Nokia 9 will pack 4GB of RAM and run Android 7.1.1 Nougat when it’s launched. Word has it that the smartphone will also be launched with 6GB or even 8GB of RAM. We will, however, have to wait for the company to confirm about the same.
