Neptune, the company behind the titanic Neptune Pine smartwatch is back with its latest interesting smartwatch, the Neptune Duo. The new smartwatch includes two devices — a Hub which is a wearable and a Pocket that serves as a dummy screen for the Hub.

The Neptune Hub is a chunky bracelet that forms the core of the smartwatch. It is equipped with the same technology that is found in a smartphone. The Hub will be packed with the same features found on any smartphone — a 2.4-inch curved display, a quad-core processor, 64 GB of onboard storage,  a 1000mAh battery, 3G/4G, GSM and LTE connectivity, a speaker and a microphone, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC to quickly pair with accessories. The wearable runs on the latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The second part of the Neptune Duo is a 5-inch pocket screen that can be carried in your pocket. You can read and respond to the text by writing a few words with your fingertip. But what if you have a more detailed message to write in, here is where the Pocket screen comes in. The Pocket is a dummy display running on Android as well. It performs the tasks that the Hub is too small to complete. It also features a 2-megapixel rear camera, with LED flash. It is powered by its own 2,200 mAh battery, which can be used to recharge the chunky Neptune Hub watch. The batteries of the Hub and the Pocket help you to use the Neptune Duo for a couple of days.
