How to redeem codes in Neos Reborn
You won’t find a codes button tucked into a settings menu here. Neos Reborn ties redemption to a specific NPC standing inside the Item Shop, so you have to physically walk over before you can type anything in.
How to get more Neos Reborn codes
New codes tend to show up around content drops, milestone celebrations, or when the developers want to smooth over a rough patch. Your best bet for catching them early is joining the official Neos Reborn Discord server, where announcements go out directly from the team.

Why didn’t my code work?
Codes are case-sensitive and need to be typed exactly as shown, so a stray space or a wrong capital letter is usually the culprit. Retype it carefully into the Codes tab at toozlow’s window and hit Redeem again.
