After the Moto Z2 Force, Lenovorola is now rolling out the Moto Z2 Play Oreo update in Brazil.
The company, as usual, is rolling out a soak test (beta version) of Android 8.0 Oreo to Moto Z2 Play users in the South American country. What happens here is that the OS will be rolling out to a section of Z2 Play units in the country for trial purposes.
If things go as planned, the OS will be made available to more users not just in Brazil, but also in other markets across the globe. With this in mind, we cannot give you any specific release date, but based on history, it may take several weeks before the stable version starts rolling out.
The latest version comes with build number OPS27.74 and as you would expect, it weighs close to 1.2GB, so make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection to download it.
