How to redeem codes in Lords Mobile
If you’ve just started playing, finish your first battle first — the redemption option stays locked until the main interface opens up. Once that’s done, here’s how you get your rewards.
Once you tap Claim, you should see a confirmation message pop up right away. Your rewards won’t land in your inventory automatically though — head to your in-game mailbox and collect them from there. If you’d rather redeem from a browser, you can also log in with your IGG ID on the Lords Mobile Exchange Center and enter the code there instead.

Why didn’t my code work?
