How to get the Raiden Sword in Lineage Piece
The entire route runs through Frostborn Island. Activate Archon, farm the Plane of Euthymia for drops and currency, buy the sword, and complete the mastery questline.

Archon is mandatory for buying Raiden and starting its mastery. Activate it before beginning the farm and keep it active throughout the route.

Go to Frostborn Island and find the Raiden Seller
Teleport to Frostborn, head left from spawn, and drop onto the snowy cliff ledge to reach the Raiden Seller.

Farm a Shrine Key
Get a Shrine Key from the Snow Bandit boss on Frostborn, or obtain one through the Monument Isle Tower Exchange NPC.

Open the Plane of Euthymia raid
Use the Shrine Key to open the portal, clear each wave, and fight the Raiden boss at around wave 10.

Defeat the Raiden boss and farm materials
Defeat Raiden and repeat the raid, collecting the sword drops, Celestial Steel, coins, and gems on the same loop.

Buy the Raiden Sword from the seller
Return to the Raiden Seller with Archon active, then turn in the required materials and currency to unlock the weapon.

Finish the Raiden Mastery questline
Head to the back of Frostborn, speak to the Raiden (Mastery) NPC, and complete the title, damage, and raid-clear tasks.
Run every material farm on Hard or Extreme difficulty from the start — each clear also advances the mastery’s raid-clear tally, eliminating the need to repeat the raid later purely for credit.

Farming the Plane of Euthymia raid for Raiden materials
The Plane of Euthymia provides everything Raiden needs. Use the same route for every run: get a Shrine Key, open the portal, clear the waves, defeat the Raiden boss, and restart the loop. She drops all four sword materials — Puppet Core, Electro Vision, Shard of Calamity, and Tears of Eternity. Drop rates vary, so repeat the farm for several clears.
Collect every reward during the loop instead of chasing only the boss drops. Celestial Steel comes from the same dungeon, while the 7,500,000 Coins and 7,500 Gems required by the seller accumulate throughout the farm. Bank both currencies as you go, and the purchase will be ready when you complete the material set. Material totals have changed between updates, with some versions requiring more Puppet Cores, Shards of Calamity, and Celestial Steel, so finish the totals shown on the seller’s current list.
Buying the Raiden Sword from the Frostborn seller
Once you have all four drops, the Celestial Steel, and both currencies, return to the Raiden Seller on the cliff ledge left of Frostborn spawn. Keep the Archon race active; swapping away from it blocks the purchase interaction. Turn everything in to unlock the sword.
Key Buying the sword completes only the first half of the route. The purchase gives you the weapon, while mastery comes from a separate questline at a different NPC.
Where the Raiden Mastery NPC is and what it asks

The Raiden (Mastery) NPC sits on a secluded snowy ledge at the very back of Frostborn Island, well away from the seller. Unlock and equip Raiden before speaking to the NPC; otherwise, it displays “Missing requirements: Need Raiden” and will not start the mastery tasks.
The questline has also used 750 million damage and 10 clears instead of the billion damage and fifteen clears listed above. These totals changed between patches, so complete the numbers displayed in the NPC’s current quest text.
The most efficient order to finish Raiden
Stack the requirements to shorten the grind. Unlock Archon first, then farm the Raiden boss for the sword materials and the God of Eternity title while banking Celestial Steel, coins, and gems. After equipping the sword, build the damage tally through normal content and run every Plane of Euthymia clear on Hard or Extreme to advance the raid-clear count. This route makes each raid contribute to four or five requirements at once.
Fixing common Raiden unlock blockers
Keep the Archon race active throughout the route because switching away from it blocks both the seller and the mastery. If the mastery NPC will not start the quest, unlock and equip Raiden first. The seller and mastery NPC are separate: the seller is left of spawn, while the mastery NPC is at the back of Frostborn Island. Farm Shrine Keys from the Snow Bandit boss rather than other Frostborn enemies. If clear or damage progress does not register, follow the totals displayed by the current NPC quest instead of older patch values.
