LG G6 is getting too hot to handle, even for LG itself. May be that is why the OEM is dropping of wrapper after wrapper of its sweet new toy, rather too hurriedly. All the more so as there’s hardly much time before G6 gets officially unveiled. Just a few days back, LG teased G6 and UX 6.0 in a new official video. Taking the help of the same trick, this time LG has teased the ‘square mode’ feature of the new camera UI of G6 in a video.
As can be seen below, the Square Camera feature provided by LG UX 6.0 makes the most of the 18:9 display ratio of G6 which divides the screen into two identical perfect squares. Users can shoot images through one square in 1:1 format, ala Instagram format, while the other square sits there for review.

Although this teaser video only highlights the Square Mode feature of G6 camera, there’s another new shooting mode to capture food videos of ideal saturation and high color quality called Food Mode. In addition to this, the GIF option also sits there using which users can create GIF files by combining anywhere from 2 and 100 pictures in a loop.
