LG G6 to launch in Europe on Monday

LG G6, the company’s 2017 flagship smartphone will soon land in Europe. The phone will hit the European market on Monday, that is April 24th.

Already launched in the US, Korea and Australia, the LG G6 will be made available in 24 European countries in first shipments which includes the UK, Germany, Sweden, France and Finland. Around 33 telecom carriers, including Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile and Telefonica will be selling the LG G6 which means customers will have more options to choose from.

Meanwhile, it is being reported that LG G6 will be getting a new software update in June which will bring the 3D Facial recognition tech to the flagship smartphone. LG could release the feature along with the announcement of LG Pay in June.

Last month, a Black Edition of LG G6 was launched in South Korea with a dual color scheme paired with either platinum or white colors on the rear. This LG G6 in the Black Edition is being sold by South Korea’s known mobile carrier KT Corp.
