The LG G4 is all set to go official at an event on April 28 and it is getting leaked in several rumors and speculations in the meantime. However, there is no concrete evidence to suggest if the device will employ the Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm.
Last month, a speculation claimed that the upcoming LG G4 will use the Snapdragon 808 processor, but it remains unconfirmed. Now, insider information suggests that LG has taken drastic steps to use the Snapdragon 808 SoC as the Snapdragon 810 is subjected to overheating issues.
The latest LG G4 leak confirms the concerns of the users as it shows that the smartphone will be equipped with a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset that comprises of a 1.4 GHz quad core processor and a 384 MHz dual core processor.
Though this leak shows the presence of the Snapdragon 808 chipset in the upcoming LG offering, there is no way to confirm this 100 percent. There are possibilities for the device that has been pictured to a Lite variant of the phone or a different device.
