Puzzle location
This puzzle is found on the northwest edge of Tricorner Island, right by the waterfront. The puzzle also unlocks only in Chapter 3. So make sure you’ve progressed thus far.
How to solve the Riddler puzzle
Approach the puzzle.
Pry open the outer shield.
Then, nearby, find the blue liquid battery.
Pick it up.
And place it in the box.
This will cause the water to flow out.
Switch to Jim Gordon.
Use his gun to plug the water hole.
This will cause the water to flow from the top, along with the reward.
Simply pick up the reward.
And that’s it! You now have the Riddler Puzzle Box
Tricorner Island has multiple puzzle types, including mirror, battery, and escape room style challenges. That means the green water container puzzle is part of a broader set of Riddler tasks in the same region rather than a one-off collectible.
