LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight uses small, directed objectives like ‘Save the Partygoers’ to break up the main story with quick rescue tasks and environmental problem-solving. It takes place at Knight at the Museum and requires Batman and Batgirl to work together and keep the partygoers from getting barbequed.
The bottom floor is the main party area, which is filled with trapped guests, activated traps, and scattered enemies. From there, the layout climbs upward via a mix of staircases, small balconies, and side corridors, each leading to a separate guest cluster.
How to Save the Partygoers
The first set of Partygoers
With Batgirl, walk up to the first pillar and hit the lock.
Play a short game to deactivate the mechanism.
The aim is to avoid the moving lines and get the bat symbol into the center.
Move the whale over the fire under partygoers.
Then let the water fall to extinguish the flames.
The second set of Partygoers
Move straight up.
And to the first floor.
As before, use Batgirl to hit the lock.
Play a short game to deactivate the mechanism.
Now move the metal hand over the partygoer.
Pick him up.
And put him in a safe spot.
The third set of Partygoers
With Batman, move to the right and up a floor.
Use Batman’s gadget to pull at the wall above the fire. This is all next to the mammoth.
Doing so will reveal the old familiar lock.
Now use Batgirl to hit the lock.
As before, play a short game to deactivate the mechanism.
Free the Mammoth to run through the wall.
This will allow the partygoers to go free.
The fourth set of Partygoers
With Batgirl, move next to the giant ship with flames.
Get the drone out.
Use it to grapple and climb up to the deck.
Go up the stairs.
Break the lock.
And get to the lower level.
Pick up the ship’s wheel.
Take it through the door.
And place it on the main deck.
Use it to turn the ship to the right.
This will prevent the partygoers from getting fried.
And that’s it! You’ve saved all four sets of Partygoers.
