In LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, the Riddle Me This story mission requires you to complete a series of mirror-based puzzle rooms. These rooms require careful observation and environmental manipulation to progress. Here’s how to solve all three mirror puzzles so you can advance the story without getting stuck.
Starting the Story Mission
The puzzle rooms you encounter appear during the story mission titled Riddle Me This. To initiate this specific segment you need to talk to Harvey Bullock. Speaking with him serves as your official introduction to the challenges of The Riddler and sets you on the path toward the first of three puzzle rooms.
The First Mirror Puzzle
When you enter the first puzzle room the solution is tied directly to a large mirror situated in the center. Here’s how to get through the first sequence:
Step 1
Pick up the teddy bear.
Step 2
Place it on the leftmost pedestal.
Step 3
And walk through the open mirror gate.
The Second Mirror Puzzle
Once the first door opens you will proceed down the hallway into the second puzzle room. This area increases the complexity. Here’s how to complete this puzzle.
Step 1
Pick up the candle holder from the first pedestal.
Step 2
And place it on the third pedestal.
Step 3
At the back, go up the stairs.
Step 4
Find another lamp and pick it up.
Step 5
Place it on the second pedestal.
Step 6
The third object lies in a corner. Punch the stuff around it.
Once revealed, pick it up.
Step 7
And place it on the leftmost pedestal.
Step 8
Now go through the open mirror
The Third Mirror Puzzle
The third and final mirror puzzle combines object placement with the rotation mechanics.
Here’s how to complete this sequence:
Step 1
The first object lies in a corner. Again, punch the stuff around it.
Once revealed, pick it up.
Step 2
And place it on the right pedestal.
Step 3
Turn the lever.
Step 4
Then walk through the gate and pick up the middle item from the previous puzzle.
Step 5
Bring it back and place it on the second pedestal.
And that’s it! The mirror will open.
You can now collect the Riddler Trophy from the cage placed among the TVs.
By carefully observing the reflections and properly arranging the missing objects you can successfully solve all three mirror rooms and continue your mission.
