How to redeem codes in Jailbird
You don’t need to hit any level or finish any mission before redeeming a code in Jailbird. The whole process happens inside the Store menu once you’re in a server.
Note: the code field itself isn’t picky about how you enter it, but double-check for typos since a mistyped code simply won’t be recognized. If your reward doesn’t show up right after claiming, rejoin the server since it can take a few minutes to sync everywhere.

You can also check back on the Jailbird Roblox page itself, since developers occasionally drop codes in the game’s update notes or description.

Why didn’t my code work?
A code that returns an error is either mistyped or has already expired. Codes in Jailbird are one-time entries per account, so if you’ve already claimed one, entering it again won’t grant a second reward.
