Its raining Custom ROMs in the Galaxy S2 family space, be it for the original i9100 or its US carrier specific variants. I’m not surprised, given the immense popularity of this device and the kind of power it conceals within its waifish form ─ it was destined to be a developer’s dream.
So here we go again with a brand new Custom ROM for the AT&T Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, which seems to be skyrocketing itself into orbit these days as far as the custom ROM scene for this device is concerned. So whats different about this particular ROM ─ for starters, it has been created by XDA developer xboarder56 who is just 16 years old ─ can you beat that? It includes the Sony Bravia engine, which is usually something you would associate as proprietary technology that comes with the Sony Ericsson lineup. If you think videos on the Skyrocket already look great on the Super AMOLED Plus display, they are are just about to turn more awesome looking after flashing this ROM.
So lets cut to the chase and have a look at what this custom ROM packs:
- Bloat removed
