The Cool Events menu inside the game is the place to redeem them, and the developer’s own official social media channels are where new codes typically get announced first. Checking back periodically and swapping in fresh codes as they appear is the most reliable way to stay on top of them.
Why didn’t my code work?
The most common reason is a typo, since Idle Heroes codes are case sensitive and need to be entered exactly as written. Pasting the code instead of typing it manually avoids that problem. Some codes, like IH777, also carry a progress requirement, so if you haven’t cleared the matching Campaign stage yet, the code won’t process even if it’s still active.
