The 12th edition of the Assassin’s Creed game by Ubisoft Montreal mixes Nordic history and mythology to create an enigmatic game. Every aspect of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla draws heavily from the life and beliefs of Viking Warriors. The primary character, Eivor, is a Nordic warrior who embarks on a number of journeys to fulfill tasks.
Sticking to Assassin’s Creed gameplay norm, players can equip their character with armors and weapons. The armors, not only provide protection but also enhance the abilities of the character.
In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla there are three skill trees that players can choose from: Raven Skill Tree, Bear Skill Tree, and Wolf Skill Tree. The skill tree chosen by the player determines the focus or the skill of the character.
The Raven Skill Tree is ideal for players interested in stealthy gameplay instead of all-out attacks using brute force. When it comes to armor sets, the Way of the Raven offers the most choices. One of the armor sets which captivates the eye while being highly useful is the Huldufolk Set.

What is the Huldufolk set?
As per Icelandic and Faroese folklore, the Huldufolk are magical creatures akin to elves. These supernatural beings, also known as “hidden people”, are known for making themselves invisible at will. The name of the armor set indicates that it is ideal for players who prefer to not be detected by enemies while playing the game.
The Huldufolk set is an armor set that is a part of the Way of the Raven. Assassinations wearing the armor increases the player’s attack up to 5 times for 60 seconds. This means that it increases attack by 10 to 50 points. It also increases the speed (+2.0 to +10.0) and armor (+6.0 to +30.0) of the player.
There is a bonus power increase when two armor set components are used together and a further boost when all five components are equipped together.

How to get Huldufolk Armor
Finding most armor sets involves looking for them in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla world. However, players do not have to go hunting for the Huldufolk set in the world. It’s a downloadable set which player can purchase using Helix credits.
All nine components of the Huldufolk set becomes available to the player when they spend 1,500 Helix credits to purchase it.
Steps to purchase the Huldufolk Set
Go to the Main Menu of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Enter the Store in the game.
Navigate to the Packs section inside the Store.
Select the Huldufolk Pack.
If you have enough Helix credits you can buy the pack.
If the player does not have enough Helix credits they can simply buy more.
Why buy the Huldufolk armor?
With so many armors freely available in the game why would a player pay extra for the Huldufolk pack?
Many players prefer to buy the pack simply because all the components become available together. Players can use all the five armor parts to get the bonus as soon as they purchase the pack. The pack also contains four other components which the player gets access to.
Apart from the fact that the purchase unlocks all the parts together, many players enjoy the look of the armor. Hints of blue and gold in parts of the armor creates a classic look. The increase in attack with every assassination is an attractive aspect for those who enjoy being stealthy in the game.
Even though the Huldufolk armor may not make the “Best Armor” list for most players, it is surely worth buying.
Player complaints
Many players who have purchased the Huldufolk pack have complained that they cannot equip the armor even though they have downloaded the pack.
Some players suggested that the players should start “The Family Matters” quest following which the pack becomes available. Others suggested that the players should continue quests till the pack becomes available.
The best thing to do, if faced with such a predicament after the purchase, is to contact the Ubisoft support team and report the issue.
