Huawei’s entry level smartphone, the Y5 2017, has been released in Armenia. The phone carries a retail price tag of 79,900 AMD, which translates to around $165.
Armenian carrier Ucom is selling the Huawei Y5 2017 at the mentioned price in Gray and Gold colors. You can also opt for a monthly plan for which you need to pay 3200 AMD per month for a 2-year period.
Huawei Y5 2017 was launched last month. The phone comes with entry-level specs but boasts impressive design. With curvy lines and textured body, Y5 2017 is just 8.45mm thin. The phone features a 5-inch HD display. Under the hood it carries 1.4GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.

The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top. We find a 8MP rear camera with F2.0 aperture and dual flash and a 5MP selfie shooter grace the body of Huawei Y5 2017. Power comes courtesy a 3000mAh battery.
