It’s been more than two weeks since the official unveiling of Android 10, but very few manufacturers have been able to give some of their users a taste of 10. It’s taken Huawei a bit of time to get here, but the company is finally ready to unleash the power of 10. The Chinese OEM has launched the EMUI 10.0 / Magic UI 3.0 beta program in its native country, hinting it’d eventually be available in other regions as well.
According to Huawei’s forum post, the Android 10 beta recruitment program is now open for the Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS Porsche Design, Mate 20 X (4G), Glory 20, Glory 20 Pro, Glory V20, and Glory Magic 2.
The recruitment is already underway (September 20th) and will continue until September 24th. The company is recruiting a total of 2000 testers (500 users in first batch + 1500 users in the second batch) for each device. The registration process cannot be conducted on a PC, so, users will be required to do it through the app.
The screenshot above lists the required EMUI 9.1 version to be eligible for EMUI 10 beta.
The company opened the EMUI 10 beta program for the P30 and P30 Pro earlier this week. Apart from China, the beta is also available in Europe.
