The Taiwanese smartphone maker has officially announced the HTC One M9 at the MWC 2015 in Barcelona last week. The reports said that the new smartphone will come with 32GB of internal memory. No other variants were mentioned at the event.
Now, HTC ROM developer @LlabTooFeR has revealed that the HTC One M9 will also come with a 64GB variant. We also know that HTC’s previous models — M8 and M7 are available in both 32GB and 64GB configurations. So the HTC 64GB one M9 variant isn’t really surprising. But we can expect the 64GB variant to be a bit expensive than the regular 32GB phone.
HTC One M9 has the same sleek, unibody metal case and the same 5-inch 1080 display as its predecessor (M8), but it has been refined. The One M9 will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The new smartphone packs Dolby Audio surround sound for thrilling movie and music experience.
Other features include a 20.7 MP rear camera with dual LED flash, a 4MP ultrpixel front camera and 2840mAh battery. The HTC One M9 will hit the store shelves in a couple of weeks. The device will be available in four color variants: gunmetal grey, silver/gold, pink/gold, and amber gold. The 64GB One M9 model is expected to be launched sometime in the coming months.
