HTC has been rolling out the Android Lollipop update to the different versions of its yesteryear flagship smartphone One M8. Now, it looks like the firm is preparing to push the next upgrade to the handset that will bring the latest version of the Sense UI, Sense 7 to it.
In response to an inquiry on Twitter, HTC’s Product Manager for America, Mo Versi said that One M8 users should expect the Sense 7 to arrive with the next update. The executive did not reveal the details regarding the availability of the next software update, but it should be out in a few weeks.
The Sense 7 UI brings a few changes visually and there are a comprehensive set of new features such as Home widget, Theme creator app and personalization features to BlinkFeed. It is also expected to bring about bug fixes and performance enhancements.
The One M8 is still a favorite among the HTC fans and the device renders an almost similar experience in terms of performance and features as the One M9.
