The Taiwanese tech giant HTC seems to have announced the gossiped One E9+ smartphone without much fanfare in China. The device was spotted on a listing on the official website of the firm during the weekend. As of now, the pricing and availability details of the One E9+ are not known, but we can expect the firm to announce the same in the coming days.
The One E9+ boasts of a dual tone design, metallic frame and plastic back. Similar to the smartphones launched in the One lineup, the One E9+ also features BoomSound front speakers alongside Dolby Audio feature.
Detailing on specifications, the HTC One E9+ is given a 5.5 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and it is equipped with a 2 GHz octa core MediaTek MT6795M processor that is powered by a 2 GB of RAM for efficient multitasking. There is 16 GB of native storage space that can be expanded further using a micro SD card.
Preinstalled with Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped with Sense 7 UI, the One E9+ boasts of a 20 MP main snapper with several enhancements and UltraPixel front facing selfie snapper. The other aspects of the device include NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE for connectivity and a 2,800 mAh battery.
There seems to be a bit of confusion in the final aspects of the One E9+ as the Chinese HTC website appears to be different from that in the features page.
